Christmas Showroom and Pick up hours

We offer free local pick up from our showroom at 56 Northgate Drive, Thomastown.
Simply order online and select “Pick Up” at checkout.
For all in stock products, please allow 1 hour from placing your order before collection to allow the order to feed through our system.

Our showroom and office will be closing early on the following days:
Wednesday 18th December: 8am-1:30pm 
Tuesday 24th December: 8am-2pm

Our showroom and office will be closed on Wednesday 25th December, Thursday 26th December and Wednesday 1st January.

Outside of the above amended hours and public holidays, we remain open during our usual hours Monday to Thursday: 8am-4pm and Friday: 8am-2pm.

Christmas Delivery times

Our team is working extra hard to get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible and we will continue dispatching orders until Tuesday 24th December. For under the tree guarantee for our Victorian customers, we recommend shopping in store at our showroom.

Delivery times

We ship Australia wide Monday to Friday, from our warehouse in Melbourne direct to your door.

Our custom address signs and pre-order items take a little longer to ship, please refer to individual product listings for delivery timeframes.

Please note, the above time frames are approximate only – we cannot guarantee delivery time frames once an order has left our warehouse. We recommend using the tracking information provided after dispatch has occurred to receive updates on your order.

Please note: delivery delays may occur during peak and sale periods, holiday periods, and during extreme weather conditions.

Custom address decals and signs

Orders placed after 11th December:
Our custom signs and decals are made to order. However due to Christmas manufacturing closures, our usual 5-10 business day turnaround is currently unavailable. All custom signs and decals ordered after midnight Wednesday 11th December will be dispatched from mid January 2025.
Ordering custom sign with an in-stock item?
If you order a custom sign or decal with an ‘in stock’ item, we will split your order and ship your ‘in stock’ item within our usual dispatch time of 24-48 hours, and your custom sign or decal will then be dispatched when available from mid January 2025.
Ordering custom sign with a pre-order item?
If you order a custom sign or decal with a ‘pre-order’ item, please refer to the individual product listing or your order confirmation email for an estimated time of dispatch for your ‘pre-order’ item, and your custom sign or decal will be dispatched from mid January 2025.

Delivery fees

We use multiple courier services to deliver your products directly to your door. This ensures your parcel is delivered quickly as well as safely.

To get an instant shipping quote

1. Add your selected product/s to cart and then click on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen
2. Select the VIEW CART option
2. Enter your postcode and suburb and select UPDATE TOTALS to receive the shipping quote to your address

As many of our products arrive fully assembled for your convenience, the size and weight of the product/s you have ordered (as well as your shipping location) will contribute to the final delivery fee that is charged directly by our courier providers.

International shipping

We wish we could provide everyone with our products, but unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide international shipping (outside of Australia).

Delivery information

If you will not be home during the day, please specify at checkout where you would prefer your parcel to be left. If no further instructions are provided, the driver will follow our “Authority to Leave” instructions and leave your parcel at the front door or a location they deem secure.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes – they are usually too small to accept our products. Please select an alternate address where delivery is possible, perhaps a family member, friend or even your workplace.

Please note, drivers are not able to call you prior to delivery, so please ensure you enter the correct address, email address, and any required delivery instructions upon checkout to ensure a successful delivery. If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to incorrect, impartial or an incomplete address, you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to re-send.

If an error was made with your shipping address at the time of order, please call our Customer Support team on (03) 9961 4400 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, however as we aim to dispatch most in stock items within 24 hours, if your order has been processed, we will not be able to change your delivery details.

We understand you may require your product to be installed. We design most of our products to be easy for DIY installation, but if you are liaising with tradespeople, we recommend booking your tradespeople in only once all your products have been received and checked. This will prevent any inconvenience if there are any dispatch or shipping delays.

Tracking your order

Tracking information will be sent via email confirmation and SMS once your order has been dispatched. Simply click on the tracking number link to receive updates on your order. If you don’t receive tracking information immediately, please allow up to 24 hours before contacting us to allow the courier system to update (For QLD, WA, TAS, NT and regional customers, please allow up to 48 hours).

If you have purchased multiple large items in one order, in some circumstances, the courier may deliver these on separate days. Please allow up to 4 business days for all split shipments to be delivered. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Please check your tracking information for updates related to the remaining items to be delivered.
