How it works:
The courier opens the parcel chute door and places the package in the parcel compartment. When the courier closes the door, the anti-theft floor guides the parcels down into the lower compartment, meaning that anyone opening the parcel chute door after delivery is unable to access the parcels. Alternatively, larger and more fragile parcels can be delivered directly through the front parcel door using the combination lock code you provide in delivery instructions when shopping online. Parcels remain safe and dry waiting for you to collect them, either through the front door via the combination lock, or the rear door via the key lock. Mail can also be delivered easily through the integrated mail slot without having to open the parcel door.
